Bus Stop Change

Bus Stop Change Form

School Year 2020/2021

As routes are determined for next year, all children for the 2020-2021 school year will be scheduled to be transported to and from a bus stop closest to their home address.

Due to the anticipated response to our district’s extended pre- school program we cannot guarantee an address other than home, such as a sitter/guardian/grandparent, for the 2020-2021 school year. We will do our best to accommodate requests for stops other than home as space allows.

If you are requesting a stop other than from your home for the 2020-2021 school year, please fill out pick up and drop off address. We will not assume that you will be using the same sitter as this 2019-2020 school year.

Also, if you have had a change of address or phone number this past year or expect to have a change this summer, please fill out the bottom portion of this form and return it to school with the corrections.

As you know the Lower Township School District has always tried to accommodate legitimate needs when transporting children to stops other than their regularly assigned stops. However, our district has been finding it more difficult to provide this service. In order to provide an efficient and safe transportation system it is imperative that routes and passengers remain consistent. The district DOES NOT honor requests for daily bus stop changes, except for medical or family emergencies.

Thank you for helping us to keep our records current so that we may provide your child with transportation. Should any of this information change over the summer, please call the Transportation Office at 884-9444.

PLEASE RETURN TO YOUR CHILD’S TEACHER TOMORROW!

Sincerely,

Mrs. Kelly Hewitt,
Transportation Supervisor
